Tigi Saron Manfroi: This hotel is one of the best and busiest hotels for its location, with enough space and cleanliness. We have traveled to many places, but we have never seen workers as arrogant as the ones that work in this specific hotel. Without Roberto from the reception and José from the restaurant, this hotel would have been the worst place to stay.But I don't want to leave without mentioning the view of the cathedral from that point is impeccable especially at night.

Olga Ostromecka: Great service. We paid 39 soles for 6.5 kg of laundry. The next day everything was very clean and fresh, not creased, and sorted out by type of clothing which is very helpful. Very much recommended for all travelers.

Après avoir contesté nous avons payé 5 soles le kilo. Par contre nous venons de récupérer le linge et il semble que le linge n'ait pas été lavé ou du moins pas en totalité... Nous avions bien remarqué que le monsieur n'était pas content qu'on ait râlé pour le prix mais nous ne nous attendions pas à ça...Laverie à éviter. Il y en a beaucoup d'autres dans le coin...

Our clothes weighed 2.5Kg and the lady said that she would charge us for 3Kg, we asked why and she simply said really rudly that we were asking too much and that's why she was denying to wash our clothes and we could go somewhere else.I just couldn't believe what was happening. It have never happened before in other places. She was really impolite.I said that she should be more respectful as we're. Because we just wanted to understand how it works.And then we left, went just round the corner to another Laundry called (Lavanderia Jerusalen - Calle JeruSalén N°410 A) we were very well served even with a beautiful smile and they charged us for only 2.5Kg without saying anything.(P.S. No miss understanding we do speak Spanish).I hope it's helpful.

Elke D'haese: We ended up here because we wanted to do Peruvian cooking classes with Arthur. His restaurant is connected to the hotel and his classes and cooking is superb! We recommend it to everyone who loves to eat and cook. He is a very experienced and nice chef.We stayed 4 days and 5 nights at the hotel. It was a comfortable stay, everything we’ve needed was here. Staff was always very friendly. Breakfast is also very nice; fresh bread, ham, cheese, fresh fruits, yoghurt & cornflakes. On our last day; we leave early in the morning and they will prepare us a breakfast box to go. Very lovely and good service!The neighborhood of the hotel is really nice, a lot of craft breweries and restaurants in walking distance. Plaza de armas is also a 7minutes small walk. It’s also a very peaceful calm neighborhood without the crazy traffic that exists almost everywhere else in Arequipa.
