PERU ADVENTURE TOURS E.I.R.L: what do users think?
Warner en Anita Tiemensma/van Brederode: Uitstekende organisatie. Reageert snel op vragen in e-mail. We hebben de private tour “DAY TOUR AND HIKE IN THE LAGUNA DE SALINAS AREQUIPA” gedaan en dit was een perfecte dag, mede door onze gids en chauffeur!
Haiduc Cosmin: Trully recomended!Well organised, good equipment and fair price!
Marisol Cainero: There is all that I love
Mo Al: These guys are hero's!First very sincere and faithful in their work. They did their best for us to bring us in safety during the demonstrations. They took care of us the whole trip and offered food and drinks as if we were their family or friends. Saul and Carlos were driving very careful and very professional. They know the way as experts.More important is the clear communication and honesty. They knew that we were in emergency and wanted to leave the country but they didn't make use of that to ask more money. They requested exactly the usual price of the tour from Arequipa to Puno.Thank you guys, we trusted our lives in your hands and you were very adequate.
Eliáš Slunečko: Scammers. I tried to rent a car. The company asked me to send money (1500USD) on private account. All the certification on their website is more than 10years old. Definitely frauds. I consulted that case with our Embassy.
Fabienne Peter: You want some fresh air and silence? We booked the half-day trekking on the Misti-volcano. Our guides Marcello and Marco Antonio were always really friendly and told us a lot about the peruvian culture. At our top we had a stunning view at sunset. It was just amazing, thanks a lot!
El Mer: There are dozens of travel agencies but if you choose Peru Adventure Tours, you won't be disappointed...at least for us, it was a very good choice! First, the site of this agency is visible on the Net. It is so extensive (even to excess ;-) ) that you have all the useful and necessary explanations, ranging from the description of the different tours by category, with what is included or not, recommendations, how to book , payment methods, terms and conditions, FAQs… in short, everything from A to Z! No surprises on arrival! The adventure began in 2019 with the reservation for autumn 2020... as the coronavirus arrived, the postponement to 2021 or even 2022 was immediately proposed by Saul Ceron, the director of the agency. Peru only reopened its borders in mid-2021 and Saul advised us not to rush... the postponement to 2022 was very good advice! The day before the first tour allows us to take stock with the staff. We also met Saul who offered us some modifications. He was very good advice once again and we really appreciated the changes.Bike tour in Colca Canyon, transfer to Puno, excursion to lake Titicaca, transfer from Puno to Cusco via Langui Lake and three other lakes and bike tour, four days Inca trail trek, Maras Moray Ollantaytambo Pisac … super wow tours !In addition to the great landscapes, you can count on the competence and kindness of the guides and drivers, on their knowledge, on their humor, on equipment in very good condition (mountain bike in this case), on a car that is always very clean despite all the dust stirred up… wow wow wow! Great times! Thank you to all of you who make Peru Adventure Tours a great agency and allow us to have an amazing vacation! We will not forget your address if we return to Peru!
Raffaela Ackermann: We had an amazing adventure climbing Chachani in one day - thanks so much! Everything was perfectly organised, our guide Jarly was just perfect and we loved it!
Betrouwbare tour. Top dag gehad!
marco mayta: An incredible adventure tourism travel agency!!!
Emily Zhang: Great tour company! We did the Isla Ballesta and Huachina tour. Our tour guide ROSE was amazing! Rose and the tour company made everything super convenient and easy for us. For example, they picked us up from our hotel on time and took care of our luggage by keeping it in the car. We were dropped off with Rose to Isla Ballesta, and she handled the tickets for the boat ride. The boat tour was incredible and had English translation too! We saw many sea lions and penguins which was amazing. Ride was def windy so bring a jacket (November is when we went).Once we got back to main land, we went to Huachina. Rose was extremely knowledgable and give us a great backstory of the area. Rose was with us the whole time. We did the sand dune ride and the driver was AWESOME. The best sand dune ride of my life, the driver took many exciting and fun paths that made the ride extremely thrilling. Best part Rose came with us which was nice. Our driver also stopped at a nice top spot to watch the sunset which was not in the scheduled plan, which made the experience more authentic and genuine.Overall, my family and I had a great experience with this tour company and Rose is the best! Highly recommend.
Jose Cueva: Excellent service
Ivan Dillinger: On Thursday 23rd of January 2020 we had absolutely amazing tour COMPLETE EXCURSION TO RESERVA NACIONAL DE AGUADA BLANCA Y LAGUNA Salinas.Prior the tour I contacted Peru adventures via email. All communication was clear and good organized. We had pick up at our hotel at 6:15 am on Thursday 23rd of January. Our driver Saul Ceron and our guide Salome Gomez were waiting for us with comfortable 4x4 suv Toyota. We departed shortly after and head to national reservation. Our first stop was in small village Chiguata with beautiful church and square. After approx 2 hours we arrived to laguna Salinas. Amazing view and short trek for 1 hour around. Trek was quite challenging because of hight altitude. Our guide Salome adjusted to us. She is very attentive and she helped us with high altitude sickness. She offered us some cocca leaves and explained how them work and how we should chew them. She gave us excellent information about nature and history. As well we get to know plant Chachacoma which helped a lot.Later on we continued to rock forest of Puruña. On the way we saw plenty of lamas and alpacas. We were lucky to see Vicuñas.When we arrived, we had a snack - chocolate, banana and orange. To gain some energy. Rock forest offered astonishing views. This place is a hidden gem. We were also lucky to see El Misti mountain when clouds shattered.Followed by a lunch in small restaurant. Lunch and drinks were include with selections of many sandwiches and soft drinks.I have to say that our guide Salome is absolutely amazing. Far above expectations. She is very funny, attentive, carrying and super knowledgeable. She told us some much about Peruvian nature and culture. She took pictures of us on various viewpoints. She encouraged us on treks and had plenty of useful tips to help us with high altitude. It was genuine pleasure to spend time with her.Our driver Saul was great as well. Funny and professional. We felt very save when he was driving on bumpy roads. He definitely knows how to handle difficult roads and we enjoyed magnificent views on the way.Thank you Salome and Saul for this experience. This was absolutely fantastic tour and we enjoyed every second.Warm regards boys from Czech RepublicDaniel + Ivan + Ondra.
Hamish McIlveen: Bought a ticket with this company from Uyuni to La Paz. The blockades in La Paz caused the bus to be cancelled. No refund was given
Elena Boschini: Awesome company! Elida is the best guide ever! Super passionate and knowledgeable about her country and culture.
H. Stephen Olson: Saul Ceron in Arequipa is a very poor communicator and unprofessional booking agent. Didn't return emails, did not respond to questions and on the last day before my tour was supposed to happen I was told by the agency the tour would not happen. I walked to the office 3 times in 3 days and was disappointed at every interaction. I would recommend not using this company and instead working with the smaller more genuine agencies around the town.
becky dieffenbach: Had a wonderful experience going to the Reserva National for a half day with our trusty guide Johan. Johan was thoughtful and knowledgeable, always checking in to see how we were doing and sharing with us information about Misti and the area. I would recommend Peru Adventure Tours and especially Johan!
Clipton Mayhua Coaquira: Travel agency with different programs for all tastes
Simran Afsah: I do not recommend Peru Adventure Tours. We went in to schedule a mountain bike excursion with the agency and we were told (and confirmed by their website) that the tour would include an hour and a half ride up the mountain and 3 hours on the bike. Additionally, were guaranteed an english speaking guide. In the end, we ended up spending 1.5 hours in the car, as expected, but only 1.5 hours on the bike. Also, the guide did not speak English and even told me that at one point he could speak english conversationally, but now he cannot (I speak Spanish so i could understand all this, but my partner does not and this proved to be a difficulty.) Lastly, the guide provided no information during the tour-- he didn't tell us where we were going, how long we would be on the bikes, or anything about the surroundings--instead, he kept talking to me about his girlfriends... We requested a refund from the shop and we were given a small percentage of our money back after significant hassle. Overall, this was a bad experience!
Lorenzo Pierini: Molto precisi e affidabili.

SERMEDI Arequipa: what do users think?
Brayan ChambiCalizaya: The worst misfortune of attention that can exist ... horrible place
Daniel Moto: This health center does not have any functional communication channel. They only have a service number, but they never answer. They have a bad customer service approach.
Bruno Valencia: Good service, properly organized and with good Covid protocols.
Moises Rojas: No one answers the landline.
JOSE JOEL NAPURI FERNANDEZ: THE ATTENTION IS AWESOME, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE CALLS, YOU SEND MAIL AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER YOU FOR THE RESULTS.
Rony Oviedo condori: No. They report the results of the Occupational Examination on time....Emp. Concor Sac. Rony Oviedo...
Janet De Venegas: Good attention
Ximena Nuñez Vargas: They never answer the phone
Aldo Maradiegue: Good attention and fast
Alessandra Nahui Zegarra: Very good care, it is a very modern clinic with good facilities.
Diego Gutierrez: Excellent care and service, highly qualified staff, recommended.
Fernanda Llanos: The best healthcare clinic in Arequipa, friendly treatment by everyone and the medical team cares about the patients.
Carlos Alberto Huallata Monge: Excellent service, and quality staff very cordial and predisposed.
Victor Zaferson: In my opinion it is one of the worst clinics in Arequipa, if it can be called a clinic since the most correct thing would be a center for mandatory occupational medical examinations, the evaluations are superficial and with no intention of listening to any consultation or ailment from the patients so they are limited to follow the route like robots
Cesar Dennis Loayza Carbajal: Tidy... Quick attention

The Spanish Hostel: what do users think?
Milagros Cunya: The only salvageable thing is the location. I made my reservation 3 weeks in advance, when I arrived they did not give me the room that corresponded to me, the environments are not those that are shown on the networks, cleaning is lacking, the sheets itch, the staff is not present, apparently there is only 1 only. I WILL NEVER COME BACKRooms: No es lo que se muestra en Booking, las habitaciones son totalmente diferentes a la realidad
Monica Alma Rosa Miranda Vigo: .
Natalie Allen: Unfortunately we arrived early morning (5.30am). Luckily the kind man let us in and explained to us that we are very early and may have to pay for an extra night- not a problem. We also paid for the 2 nights upon arrival. For the time being he let us stay in a cosy (small) room with a single bed. We slept for a couple of hours and then were told lots of people had booked to stay here and could we both, remain in the tiny room with the single bed. This answer was met with a clear NO. we also had paid for a private bathroom. This private bathroom was no where to be seen. We were moved to a slightly bigger room with a double bed.Still no private bathroom, we stayed here for one night and was met by the man again demanding more money for the early check in- I get it, but where is the discount for not having a private bathroom which we have paid for?The man has really tried to con us here because we are foreigners and demanded more money. We are contacting our platform which we booked through.Like I said with the stars, the location is good but the demanding and hassling for money left us feeling unsafe. WiFi was very hit and miss.Rooms: Very basic. Comfortable.
AHORRENSE MOLESTIAS Y NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR!!(Translated by Google
Andrea Zárate: By far the worst hotel I have ever been to. They change the prices when you arrive, everything is dirty in the shared areas and the manager even got into a fight with one of the guests for asking her to put paper in the bathroom. Only by wanting to take legal action did they give us a more decent treatment. Save yourself a terrible experience and do not go to this lodging.
JAMPIER Peñaloza: Not recommendableRooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
RAFAEL BURGA: Bad attention, not friendly at all. I do not recommend it. Although it is true that they tell you that it is for backpackers, it does not deserve such bad attention. Its security leaves a lot to be desired. The doors are closed with padlocks.
Alex Andrade: I think it is cost-benefit, but the rooms need both corrective and preventive maintenance, my experience was bad since the bathroom had a strong smell of humidity that was annoying at the moment and I think they could charge a little more for water hot, Arequipa is a city of Sierra and I think that this service is necessary.I particularly do not recommend it.
Hugo Oudot: Nice hostel in Arequipa !Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Adriana Palomino Dueñas: It is not recommended, advertising is misleading
gianella muro: The hotel is very well located and the rooms are super comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff, couldn't have found a cooler stay.
Yago Salmon: The rooms were clean, I had a very nice one, similar to a grotto or a monastery room. Good attention and close to the main square.
Seila Lacarra Fernández: Very well located! The room is not bad, simple but clean. Bathrooms with hot water by solar panels eye! Hot water during sunny hours... In general, good
Erick: .
Roberth Mendoza: Terrible place, poor service, the "staff" was just a man who left us the key and I never saw him again, he had liquor on his breath, I do not recommend it, I paid 70 soles and for half the price there are hotels with better attention, seriously do not come
Fer: Good facilities, good service, close to the main square.
Iin Paz: Quiet place to rest, the only negative thing is that you can't leave with a key, you have to wait on the street for you to enter the place.

Hotel Los Tambos - Arequipa: what do users think?
Leonel Basso: An amazing place. We traveled from Argentina by car and we did not plan to go through Arequipa. We arrived at night and found this hotel. They helped us with everything right away. Super friendly and willing people. The place is beautiful, spacious and beautiful. Thank you for helping us and taking care of us so well. We spent some beautiful days there.
Gomez Addams: I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was quite small, but it was very clean, with good linens, towels, etc. In general the hotel was quiet. They serve a tasty free breakfast. What makes this place exceptional is the staff. They are friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooftop deck offers a good view on the volcano, and the hotel is located less than two minutes from Plaza de Armas.I highly recommend this hotel.
David Lovett: very comfortable hotel; for its quality and price, except in high season; it is worth booking in advance and coordinate well to avoid any setbacks. clean and quiet, very good service and very kind and friendly staff ....Nearby activities: very close to the Plaza de Armas, so you can choose packages from tourist agencies in the area and observe better prices and activities;Safety: very safe for walking, even at night; well protected area..Walkability: many restaurants surrounding the area that`s allow , to you satisfy even more , the most exigent customers.Food & drinks: hotel food is fantastic in taste and variety the breakfast included is very good.
Ricardo Rojas: They really deserve 5 stars, good service, hospitality, closeness, disposition, facilities, cleanliness and the breakfast is really delicious. They supported me and were present from before my arrival and until when I had checked out of the hotel they were willing to support me with a mishap that I had during the trip and as I am a foreigner I had no one else to turn to. The understanding is greatly appreciated and that they can make you feel at home.Keep it up and obviously 100% recommended, I'll be back for sure
Christian Muto: One of the best service I have ever had. The place is clean and close to the plaza. We had to check out for a tour at 3:30 am, therefore, they prepared a lunch box for us without any requests, those guys were absolutely the best! Next time in Arequipa, I won’t not even bother to have a look at other hotel, I will definitely go back there.Thank you guys!!!!
Mike Gross: Rooms: We got a superior room which certainly was more spacious than the standard rooms.Excellent bed, good linens, good shower pressure heat. The one downside is the superior rooms look out over the street. Not bad except on a festival night!Safety: Felt totally safe at all hours.Staff were outstanding.Walkability: Half block from the main plaza and very easy walking to all the best sights, lively with restaurants. Really this historical area is THE place to stay!Noteworthy details: They have a cute breakfast room and made to order breakfast options were very good. Also a deck off break fast room if you prefer eating outside.Bonus: two excellent rooftop decks. We bought bevvies at the market and loved sitting up there for breaks in the afternoon or evening. They arranged for a very nice transfer car to/from airport. Excellent option. When we went on our 16 hour trek to Colca Canyon that started at 3:30 am they prepared a meal to go for us ready at reception!Kept our luggage after we checked out.All in all excellent service. Very good value
EVERARDO NUÑEZ HUERTO: Nice experienceRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Hotel Riviera Colonial: what do users think?
Luis Adolfo Pareja Aguilar: Hotel very well located. The staff very helpful. The room moderately acceptable. I think maintenance is something that should be improved. Breakfast acceptable. The general lines are all good, but I don't know if I would return.
Rocío Peces Garaeta: We stayed one night in a double room. The room was lousy. It was filthy, dirty sheets and towels. We asked for a towel change due to makeup stains. There were cobwebs all over the room and horrible dust. The sink had no hot water and the bathroom walls had stains of dubious origin. DOES NOT HAVE HEATING. Dirty floor, footsteps of other guests were visible. The precarious plugs, sparks jumped when connecting the chargers. They changed our flight and we asked for a breakfast bag to take away and they gave us a bottle of juice and a sandwich with 1 slice of mortadella. The hostility of the receptionists in the afternoon was terrible. I do not recommend at all.
Alfredo Álvaro Pumayali Quirita: Excellent stay. The hotel is very beautiful and the hospitable treatment.
andrea torres: Terrible treatment of customers, they have no respect and do not comply with what they offer.
Alejandro Gajardo: Although it is a Colonial house, its facilities meet conditions.
Andrzej Gluszkowski: Super stosunek cena, jakość. W samym sercu Arequipy, krok od głównego placu.
Amanda Angeles: warmthRooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More

JAIME AGUIRRE SOTO: ,cozy
carla janet aguilar gomez: Nice and central..Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Andrea Castillo Blanco: Nice place and close to the square
Jose Al: A real pleasure to sleep in a building with such history and personality. unbeatable location
Aldo Guibu: I do not recommend it at all, the beds were dirty, the ceiling was damp and broken, 2 lights and the mini-fridge simply did not work and in general the whole room gave a dirty feeling. Not to mention the constant noises of animals that stand on the roof and the poor condition of the outdoor furniture.
Diego: very good, recommended
Alvaro Artaza: It took them a few minutes to give a good solution to a lack of coordination they had with Booking. They sent me to another Hotel for the same rate as their nearby group and hopefully of better quality. They try hard to look good and they actually do.

ACOLPACHA - TAMBO BOUTIQUE: what do users think?
Alfonso Perez: We stayed three nights. It is an old tambo completely renovated and decorated with great taste. The room was big and very clean and pretty. The breakfast was very abundant and with lots of fruit. Excellent service at reception. I highly recommend it.
Alex Paiva Rampazzo: Hotel maravilhoso em Arequipa. Vale muito a estadia. Quartos amplos e arejados, localização excelente e o café da manhã é fantástico. Melhor opção em Arequipa.
Christhian Sanchez: very good placeRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Txema Jimenez: Very careful and with good attention from its workers. They offer breakfast overlooking the city
Alberto Villacrez: A beautifully remodeled house, very cozy, with a great view from the terrace and great attention.
Ian FERNANDEZ RODRIGUEZ: My room was small and kind of claustrophobic, with no windows whatsoever, only the access door to the inner patio. This opressing feeling is increased by the lack of privacy, as you need to enter through a small reception and ask for the key everytime you go in or out.Bed was uncomfortable and for some reason I was unable to sleep well.I believe the place lacks some amenities and certeanly a touch to be considered as a boutique hotel. The place is beautiful, with solid rock walls, but some details are overlooked and the whole guest experience is a bit deceiving. The staff, on the other hand,is outstanding and they will do everything in their hands to make you have a pleasant stay.
Domenic Federici: Great hostoric rooms. Thiughtful staff.
Liz Perez: Everyone was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly. Service was spectacular. We stayed at the King suite with Terrace. It had a nice view of the Misti and cute little terrace. The room was updated and bathroom with an amazing shower and great water pressure. Breakfast was also very nice and complete with fresh juices, eggs, fruit, freshly baked bread, Avocado, pancakes, etc. The area for us was good, it was close to the main plaza without being right on it, which we prefer.
Ian Boggio Woll: Excellent facilities, restored house. Attention it is A1, distance about 10 minutes walking from the main square. Spacious and comfortable rooms.
Alexis Paparo: We stayed 3 nights and could't sleep well neither one night. The hotel is aestetically nice but the rooms have no soundproof and you can hear everything: the rooster from the field nearby every morning at 6 am, traffic, doorbell at 4 am, steps because our room (The Junior suite) was exactly below the terrace where they serve breakfast. Since the hotel is not cheap at all, the hotel is not value for money at all. If you have a heavy sleep I think your experience will be different. Also, WiFi doesn't work very good, we asked 3 times to fix it and them we got tired to ask.
marisol bouillon: A place super close to the Plaza de Armas but without the noise and movement that is in the center itself, super beautiful and takes you back in time due to the details and architecture, but with modern comforts, I recommend it 100%
Javier Christe: 80 usd a night and there is no hot water in the shower…
santiago correa gandia: Good hotel, I think it is new and it shows since they have little staff and that sometimes makes the reception unattended. The room was fine, the only fault is that there was no hand soap in the bathroom and the water ran out little by little in both the sink and the shower.

Mariana Ilari: Fair price-quality ratio. We had problems with hot water, a room without curtains that block out light in the morning and poor heating.Very good location, but being close to bars, the music at night feels very loud on the weekend.Very clean, good breakfast. Friendly staff, in fact we made a mistake when making the reservation and they were understandable without adding any additional expenses.
Jair Omar Diaz Flores: Excellent furnished rooms, cleaning every day, change of towels daily, very good service, breakfast on the terrace with a good view and warm. Very good attention from the staff, location a few blocks from the main square, there are many places nearby where epidermis eat and have lunch. recommendable
Tomas Ward: Good service, clean, spacious.Food & drinks: Se puede mejorar el desayuno.

Cindy Caceres: Quite good price-quality ratio, if you want to go sightseeing it seems like a good offer, close to the entire historic center. The breakfast was good and in general to have the hotel in the past and a great rest.
Daan Boot: Great central location, really easy to get everywhere. Staff is also extremely helpful and nice.

tom bornauw: Great locationVery friendly crewYummie breakfastVery nice pricesRooms could be with more light and BF times longer also some music from the street behind
Carlo Sales: A quiet place, I have a slightly noisy bed, the atmosphere is already old and could be improved. For the price it is acceptable
ZOILA Bautista: Nice place, cozy, very clean, and the breakfast is super rich.
Angela Martín Guzmán: Very cozy and beautiful hostel. The staff was very attentive and daily room cleaning. Hot water at all times. Very rich breakfast especially the fruit shake. We have really enjoyed our stay in Arequipa
Ali Palmer: The hotel was very average. The staff was pretty attentive overall, but the cleanliness was very mediocre at best. When we arrived to our room, the bathroom still had a soap wrapper in the shower and the toilet seat was shaking was we sat on it. The shower was not the warmest and tended to flood a little. The beds were pretty good though. Also, the breakfast area looks lovely in the pictures, however on the adjacent building there is trash littered on the roof, which was quite unappealing. The breakfast buffet time was the most inconvenient time for tourists who are exploring the city, with a time of 7-8:30am. Also, the lock to our room was also jiggly, which felt insecure and could have easily been broken into.

Blanca Bermejo Tesón: The rooms are in individual houses. There is a pool and grass, which makes it very cozy. They leave some welcome bottles of water, which I think is a great detail. Perhaps the worst thing is that it was a bit cold in the room, especially in the bathroom. The hotel staff is very nice.
Yurito Justo: IdealComfortable nice and well located
David Castro: Central, with nearby restaurants and tourist places.
