Comptez environ 20 minutes d'attente au minimum.Pour la nourriture, nous avons attendu près de deux heures nos plats, pour 30 minutes annoncées : sans saveur, viande trop cuite et trop sèche, beaucoup de plats indisponibles. L'un de nous n'a même pas été servi, on suppose qu'ils ont oublié. Nous avons été prévenu environ 40 minutes après le passage de notre commande que certains plats ne pouvaient être réalisés.À peine servis, on nous presse de terminer : le bar va fermer. La note est salée, et le ticket de caisse n'était pas le bon. Aucun geste commercial n'a été appliqué. Une expérience très décevante.Passez votre chemin, vous trouverez bien meilleur et beaucoup moins cher ailleurs !

Jonathan Anderson: Firstly, there is good music and a decent selection of beers but the service and organisation are awful. Four of us went for food and drink and we were put on a table in the back next to a toilet. We only got given one menu for four people. They forgot about us so we had to go and ask them to take our order and were told we had to order at the bar which was not mentioned before. As this was a craft beer bar I asked for a beer menu and I was told they did not have one (in my way out the manager later said they did have one). Some are shown on the TV but there are dozens in the fridge . The roof leaks so there was lots of water on the floor and I nearly slipped and broke my leg. The women at the bar were not very friendly and serving people out of order. Bizarrely for a beer bar they do not offer flights/paddles or any different sizes of beer except a large. We decided to leave without buying any beer. Unfortunately a couple of us had already ordered food so took it to go. I would strongly recommend going to nearby Barbarian or Nowhere instead. Service is much better, you can get different sizes of beers and you can see clearly what is on offer.

They have a large selection of drinks which you will struggle to find elsewhere in Peru. This means the price is quite high. Average price for was around 20-22 SOL per drink. Tigi Saron Manfroi: This hotel is one of the best and busiest hotels for its location, with enough space and cleanliness. We have traveled to many places, but we have never seen workers as arrogant as the ones that work in this specific hotel. Without Roberto from the reception and José from the restaurant, this hotel would have been the worst place to stay.But I don't want to leave without mentioning the view of the cathedral from that point is impeccable especially at night.

Denisse Bermeo Velasquez: Si hay algo que tiene Casa Andina-plaza armas Arequipa, aparte de una buena ubicación en pleno centro histórico de la ciudad , es que cuenta con historia y belleza en su estructura ,es una oferta de alojamiento muy buena con precios justos ( obviamente que hay muchos hoteles más económicos, pero la relación precio/calidad realmente vale la pena).Después de pasar 4 noches allí puedo decir que decidimos bien. Me encantó el lugar, muy cómodo y limpio.También para destacar la amabilidad de la gente de la recepción y además gran parte del personal hablan inglés ,lo que facilita la comunicación.

Lo que no me gustó y debería mejorar es la atención de los jóvenes meseros que había que estar llamándolos una y otra vez, que tal indiferencia para atender a los clientes, mi sugerencia es que cambie de personal, habiendo tanta gente que pueda trabajar con más voluntad y respeto por el cliente.Agradezco a único mozo que nos atendió apesar de verse muy ocupado.

Ice yes, towel NO WAY, as this is a textile for only be used for drying glasses, nothing else... and NO WAY to say anithing else !!! So people, here are brainless humans who don't care about your little problems...up to you to support these attitude...and last but not least: don't disturb them too much, they are somewhere very busy....and watch the pic: 100m away from this incompetent place, this was a immediate reaction on client request....
