Stev: During my stay the food was very good but the service could be a lot improved.We arrived around 6pm and although it was cold we could not sit inside. This is only possible as of 7pm. I was freezing. They did not use the heating bulbs. Service was taking a long time to take our order, although our drinks were empty they never offered a re-order. Also they never asked us whether everything was good, also not when we paid. Seemed very inattentive to us as customers overall. Besides that, a great place. The recipes are superb.

Timothy J Sayer: I found this a little disappointing for a few reasons.Having not been able to get in to the Lima restaurant, I was keen to come here and try some of Gaston's food.The chupe Andino was nice and had pops of flavour that I enjoyed, having not had anything similar before. I had no serviettes or cutlery apart from a spoon to eat the corn with which was a hassle.I then had the pulpo a la brasa, and I honestly can't understand why this had no flavour, even with olives and capers in the dish. The chimichurri had zero flavour which I don't understand how that's even possible and if I was blindfolded, I would never have guessed that the octopus was grilled. It was sadly an oily, flavourless dish.My side plate, bread basket and butter still remained after the main was cleared even though I'd finished before the starter arrived. I also waited to be offered deserts but the offer didn't come.I so wanted to have a great experience here, but sadly I didn't.
Luke Costa: We were literally just looking to try chicha de guiñapo, a fermented purple corn drink that only comes from Arequipa, and this was one of the only places we could find that sold it.Although more of a restaurant, the staff allowed us to sit at the bar whilst then providing us a complimentary selection of local breads and butters. Excellent hospitality and a beautiful restaurant.

The service is superbe and professional!I ordered penne with vegetables, there is no sauce at all, the pasta is overcooked, and there was a taste of something burnt. Valentin Poussier: C'est délicieux mais peu copieux si on veut s'en sortir pour moins de 50 soles par personne.La soupe miso est un régal, mais même pour 5 soles, elle est ridiculement petite (une tasse de café).Les gyozas ne sont pas hyper garnis mais excellents.Les sushis également, même si dans les combos à 16 pièces, il y a 6 makis minuscules avec seulement du riz et un tout petit bout soit d'avocat, soit d'épinard.Les autres pièces sont succulentes, on en oublie que c'est du végétalien même lorsque l'on a l'habitude de manger des sushis classiques.Le service est correct quoique assez froid, on n'entend presque pas les serveurs parler qui marmonnent tout bas on ne sait pourquoi (les deux qu'on a eu en tout cas).

Carl Mendes: GET MORE STAFF!The Bao buns were ok (tasted good though was luke warm). Though the time to be served by the waitress and the time for the food to be prepared by chefs was absolutely ridiculous.After eating the Bao buns, the waitress eventually came outside and when I went to order the Ceviche Green Curry, she said that it would take 45 MINUTES! That's a crazy amount of time for an appetiser.... the restaurant was only half full.Regarding the reviews around portion, I feel that for this kind of restaurant it was fine.
Chantelle Is Me: People saying that you’ll be disappointed if you’ve ever been to Thailand are just being silly. This is a FUSION restaurant; also in Peru, not Thailand. I’ve been to Thailand a few times and really enjoyed the twist on their red curry here. The taste was really good.Minus one star because despite the large bowl, it’s shallow and I was hungry for dinner much earlier than normal.

Jojo Bumi: Sehr gutes Restaurant an einem schönen Raum. Essen auch extrem lecker aber die Portionen leider etwas zu klein. Chickenfinger mit Reis waren sehr gut und für 38 Pen echt gut. Die Chupe Tai Suppe war auch gut aber für 50 Pen zu teuer. Der Service ist sehr gute. Kann das Restaurant empfehlen.
