Kim Laura Schönrock: Tolle Schule, mit super Lehrern. Ich war einen Monat hier und konnte mein Spanisch deutlich verbessern. Die Lehrer gehen individuell auf jeden Schüler ein und passen das Tempo des Unterrichts entsprechend an. Außerdem konnte ich die Inhalte des Unterrichts selbst mitbestimmen und so optimal auf meine Bedürfnisse anpassen. Dabei hat mir besonders der Mix aus Grammatik-Übungen und freier Unterhaltung sehr gut gefallen. Außerdem sprechen alle Lehrer neben Spanisch noch zusätzlich Deutsch und/oder Englisch, was das Lernen an der einen oder anderen Stelle ebenfalls erleichtert hat.Arequipa ist zudem eine wirklich schöne Stadt, in der man gut eine längere Zeit verbringen kann.Rundum empfehlenswert! Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier in den Unterricht gehen.

Senna: A great way to spend a few hours of your day, and an absolute recommendation for Antigua. The monastery is very big, and there are signs in almost every room explaining the significance of certain tools/spaces in English and Spanish. I would say you won't necessarily need a tour if you search for the info signs.The colours are lovely, and it's just beautiful all around. Perfect place to learn some history.Only downside were the prices, they are quite high at 45PEN for an adult.

Joost de Groot: Unfortunately, not a very good experience. The class started late. During the class “experience” it was not clear what was going to be cooked. No recipes were provided to the people participating. Following we solely needed to cut some food preparing for the cooking which was done by the instructor and not by the participants. Cooking techniques were not clear. The dishes were not tasteful. All in all a strange and disappointing experience.
Rik Kotter: We booked a cooking class this morning through our hostel that was supposed to be at 4pm (they also have an 11am option). However, slightly after 11am they called us to cancel our class. Since we're leaving tomorrow to Colca Canyon and the morning class has just started, that means we can't a cooking class anymore in Arequipa because of this cancellation.Although we would have still preferred the 4pm option, would they have communicated earlier that they would cancel it, we could've lived with the menu of the morning class, but not even that was possible now.And yes, we know today is the feast of Santa Rosa de Lima (a holiday), but that does not excuse the poor communication on their behalf.

maureen ba: First of all the activity started 15min late while we were asked to arrive 10 min in advance... Not nice.We did the Lomo saltado class, we were 3 people. We paid 75 soles each for 2 hours class. It went well, we did one small meal and then Lomo saltado. It was OK because the chef is really nice but if I have to rate the class, it was not the best.First of all the class lasted 1h45min and during it we ate the meal so we only cooked 1h15min maybe. It did not learn much as the was not technical part, it was really basic.I did not learn anything about Peruvian history or culture and the ingredient were basic, nothing so local.I spent a good moment thanks to the chef but honestly the class is disappointing.

Karina Sonaglio: Sem dúvidas o melhor mirante de Arequipa. Um pouco mais longe mas com várias atrações. Se paga 15 soles por uma hora em uma cama com almofadas com vista para os vulcões, incluso uma água ou gasosa. Vale muito a pena!
Elba Villanueva: A very nice view, admission is from 10 am to 4:30 pm and its cost is S/5 soles per person, which also entitles you to receive a free bottle of San Carlos water.The viewpoint is not a very large space but there are two small restaurants, one quite elegant for the place, it also has an area with free chairs and tables.Clean restrooms, free parking area.A nice place.

Andrew Betts: Just popped into the shop. Found the range a bit limited, and bought a 55% slab but found it too bitter for that.
Christos Lianos: I had a course about chocolate at this place. Learned history and how to distinguish real from fake chocolate. I definitely recommend if you have time to attend a course. It is fun
APES FIT my private training: L'atelier chocolat est une superbe experience.Vous en apprenez beaucoup sur l'histoire du cacao et vous faites vos propres chocolats, avec lesquels vous repartez.Andrea était vraiment super ! Il nous a fait passer 3h extra et très ludique.On manipule le cacao, on le concasse pour parvenir à en faire une pâte, ...Et bien sur, on goûte les différents types de chocolats.Je vous recommande vivement cet atelier. Vous passerez un très bon moment.

We learned a lot about chocolate and now feel we have graduated to be chocolate snobs! Haha. I especially liked pouring out all the Peruvian flavours for our take home chocolate~

Natalie Hulme: We had a workshop today with Andres, and it was AMAZING. We learned a lot, the amount of things you do in the time you have is such good value for money, plus you get a little bag of chocolates to take away. I absolutely loved the workshop. Andres was funny, engaging and an excellent teacher. This is a must for a visit to Arequipa!

Katherine d'Elloy: Nous avons fait l'atelier sur la fabrication du chocolat, c'était génial ! Très complet, nous avons appris plein de choses de la fève de cacao à la fabrication du chocolat. Nous avons fabriqué une boisson au cacao et aussi nos propres chocolats. Et en bonus il y a eu un petit cours de dégustation de chocolats. Ultra intéressant. Vraiment à faire !
Andrea Vera: It is a beautiful place to have breakfast, they have a wide variety of coffees and craft beers!I would love for there to be one in Lima and to be able to drink that delicious Hazelnut Latte again!
David Radau: We did the chocolate workshop and it was one of the best experiences we had. Learning the history of chocolate and cocoa, have the tastings and also produce or own chocolate pieces made it a fulfilling experience. We only can recommend it to everyone.
