Museo Santuarios Andinos: what do users think?
Cintya Ruiz García: Wait time 10–30 min Reservation recommended YesMore
PATTY CH.A.: It is a mystical and very beautiful place. Our Peru 100pre has something that surprises us.I recommend that you go and remember that every day we learn something 100pre.
Ornella: Da vedere assolutamente. Oltre alla Vergine, molti manufatti perfettamente conservati.Ottima guida.

Neshama Rakofsky: Definitely recommend this tour. We did the tour in English with a fantastic guide named Maria. Super interesting artifacts and the stories are just incredible. Maria was so knowledgeable and welcoming of questions, she is so passionate about the information it's more like listening to a story than to a guided museum tour. The whole thing only takes about 45 mins. I'm not generally a tour OR museum person, but I actually enjoyed this. Great experience
María Luz Marín: I loved the detailed and precise information from the guide. We learned a lot about child sacrifice in ancient Peru and the circumstances in which Juanita was found. A recommendation, the place is kept cold to preserve the archaeological remains and even more so in the section where Juanita is. Bring something to cover yourself with. It is forbidden to take photos or record videos inside the exhibition halls.
Gomez Addams: Only let you enter if you sign up for a guided tour which I was uninterested in. For such a small museum it hardly seems necessary. So, no, I’ll pass.
María Belén Chipana: Excellent! 5 national soles, over five years old pay 3 soles for the entrance and voluntary tip to the guide. Everything on display is original and we were lucky to see the Juanita mummy. Can't take photos
mahdy faiz: The museum is small but have one mummy and only few things worth seeing. However, you can only visit with a guide (additional fee on top of the 25 sol entrance). The guided tour feels rushed and you cannot always hear the guide well enough. Not worth the time nor money
Luke Costa: A lot of negative reviews on here regarding the cost etc which almost made us not go. However, we are glad we did.Firstly, the reason it's cheaper for Peruvians is because it's their heritage, and its only right that its cheaper for them.Secondly, we were sceptical about the guide, however it really enhanced the experience. They covered all the areas of information that were written around artefacts and also gave additional info. The tip is at your discretion as well.Would 100% recommend, incredibly interesting and informative.
Pascal Burgard: Expensive relative to the wealth of information provided. I really expected to learn much more in this museum.
Mark Webster: Really disappointing. As mentioned in other reviews it’s compulsory to have a guided tour. When we arrived and were told this we politely asked if we could go around without a guide. The man in the desk immediately ignored us and started talking to another couple behind us. Incredibly rude. Half the tour is a 20min video with terrible sound quality. The guided tour was rushed and ruined the experience.Note that the museum is sponsored by the Catholic university and is therefore biased. We recommend doing some Quechua guided tours to get the real local history before attending.
Randall Marx: Great place to visit if you have interest in archaeology or Incan culture. They offer tours in English and SpanishVisited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More
Edwin Aparicio: Visit the mummy Juanita
Juan Carlos Medina: Nice museum of the Santa María Catholic University, small but very interesting, the museum staff is super attentive and helpful, the guide is very charismatic and knowledgeable about the subject. Seeing the lady of Ampato is an incredible experience, it is worth the trip! The entrance for nationals is 5 soles. One block from the main square of Arequipa. Go on your visit to this beautiful city. Highly recommended!
Zoltán Király: Huanitát mindenképp érdemes megnézni ha valaki Arequipába látogat
Katherine Espinel Smith: Visited on Weekday Wait time Up to 10 min Reservation recommended Not sureMore
Belissa Salinas Najarro: Highly recommended, the place is adapted in a very suitable way so that optimal conservation is achieved.
Mario Pérez Consuelo: Visited on Weekend Wait time 10–30 min Reservation recommended NoMore
Sour: Good place and the guide is very friendly, only he asks you for a tip, instead of being something voluntary.

Miguel Angel Alvarez: The Monastery keeps a part of the history of Arequipa from the viceregal era until the previous century, you can appreciate what the life of the religious women of that time was like. The buildings, paintings and objects are of high historical value, pride for the Arequipeños and Peruvians who have visited
Andrew Betts: Superbly preserved, and well explained in Spanish and English throughout. Took us 90 minutes, self guided. Huge.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More
Philip Attukadavil: A wonderful must see place in Arequipa. An ancient but elegant monument, worth visiting. One of my favorite places in Arequipa
Manuel Martin: Must visit if you are in Arequipa
Warthongful: It was going back in time with spectacular views
German Jesus Zapata: If or if take some time to visit this place.
JANNE POVIS: !! Y sacas buenas fotitos de recuerdo !!!(Translated by Google
Piero Alarcon: Spectacular!! As everyone says, if you go to Arequipa this is a point that you should go to anyway!
Ornella: Molto suggestivo.
Daniela Diazgranados Ortiz: Beautiful place full of stories and culture, the only bad thing was that a guide was not very friendly, so we decided to do the tour without a guide
Senna: A great way to spend a few hours of your day, and an absolute recommendation for Antigua. The monastery is very big, and there are signs in almost every room explaining the significance of certain tools/spaces in English and Spanish. I would say you won't necessarily need a tour if you search for the info signs. The colours are lovely, and it's just beautiful all around. Perfect place to learn some history.Only downside were the prices, they are quite high at 45PEN for an adult.

Carlos Noriega: A place that is very worthwhile, the store has high-quality things and the museum is very well thought out and executed, there are live llamas and alpacas and we can learn about the entire process of making the garments offered as well as the techniques used since pre-cultures. Incas with highly printed objects and textiles.

Church of the Company: what do users think?
Miguel Guzman: Beautiful Architecture not to be missed
Gustavo Cano: Church in good condition, large
Mayra Soria: Beautiful church, apart from its architecture, its wide spaces allow you to visualize its faith beyond the works of art. There is a Santísimo exposed and there is the image of the Lord of the Just Judge. Beautiful place to pray.
Hayleen Cid: It is recommended to visit as a tourist with a guide, there is a lot of history in the paintings, the art is very beautiful as well as the construction. You can enter to tour after the masses.
Limitiamoci.
Mimi Amaru Illari: Baroque architecture. Inside are paintings.
Juan Almonacid: The Company has stores and cafés, you can take a ride and shopping . A nice place
Helen Perea: Precious
LDGPJCSF: It has a Latin cross floor plan and consists of three naves, deep side chapels, a transept and a dome on pendentives. The temple and the façade, like the rest of the colonial monuments in the city of Arequipa, are made of ashlar stone, which is porous, very white, very easy to carve and the one that is best suited for ornamental work. The main facade, in mestizo baroque style, stands out as one of the masterpieces —head of the series— of South American colonial decoration. It is distinguished by treating the relief on the surface and not in depth. The main facade of the church was rebuilt in 1698 after an earthquake.Although it belongs to the second half of the 17th century, its influence extends throughout the 18th century, not only in Arequipa, but also in the Peruvian territory. The novelty that begins with this flat decoration is to use native elements. American motifs, plants, animals and resurrected themes from pre-Hispanic mythology mixed with European motifs, which cover the façade with true horror of emptiness.Inside, the main altar stands out, one of the most beautiful in Arequipa, which boasts in the central part one of the best paintings, The Virgin with the Child, by the Italian painter Bernardo Bitti, who arrived in Peru in 1575.
Liz Cornejo RJM: Place of peace and recollection. A community that serves others.
Henk Jan Grevelink: Prachtige kerk!
L James: Wonderful architecture and composition. It is definitely worth a visit, both the exterior and the interior and the cloisters of the Company that are very close.
Judith Campos: Its interior patio and its engravings on the columns are worth seeing.
Joha Ll: A very organized temple, it has several masses, they make confessions, blessings, every day
Eduardo Antonio Molinari Novoa: Beautiful place where the victory of the Hispanic culture of these parts, which is mestizo and viceroyalty, can be clearly appreciated. A must-see place to learn about history and art, and, of course, to pray in communion with the centuries.
Victor Lopez: Beautiful temple, the entrance to the polychrome chapel is essential, it looks like a tapestry!
Yichen Han:
Antonio García: Beautiful temple in the center of the "White City"
