Sayfer: I was disappointed, on Sunday I went and found out that the puppies were left alone in the hotel. I do not recommend them!!! My little son was left alone all day and that no one would take care of him by paying for the service seems like a scam to me, all that happened on a Sunday; In itself it says a lot and can't even imagine how they will treat the pets. The place a complete appearance and to top it off they charge dearly for me to leave my pet alone!

I mentioned the delay to a man at the door and got nothing more than a dismissive response. People who arrived long after us ended up being served first. Bad care in general.
