The entire team at Tierra Viva in Arequipa (and Lima Miraflores) has been nothing but accommodating in taking care of little things, like storing our luggage when we were out of town AND bringing it upstairs without being asked, being greeted at the door, courtesy chocolates and fantastic (and included) breakfast service.
