Le jeune homme travaillant cette nuit là nous accueille et nous fait payer seulement la nuit suivante car il s’agit d’un « early checking » forcément nous sommes ravis!Le lendemain en rentrant de balade, l’employée d’accueil nous agresse directement en nous disant que l’on doit payer (le early checking) bien évidement nous cherchons à comprendre pourquoi alors que son collègue nous a dit l’inverse… elle s’énerve, devient limite agressive et hautaine. L’erreur vient de son collègue et elle s’en prend à nous comme ci nous étions des voleurs. Quelle belle mentalité… l’ambiance est vraiment malsaine. Cette fille ne nous a plus dit bonjour du séjour (même pas une réponse) Quelle mentalité ! Je crois qu’elle n’a pas compris ce que c’est que de travailler dans le tourisme..Je ne reviendrai en aucun cas dans cette hostel!Dommage car l’auberge en elle-même n’est pas si mal

The staff were incredibly kind, especially Angela who was so welcoming and helpful. There’s also a resident tortoise in the courtyard. Absolutely would stay again!

Jessica Sun: The hostel itself is so pretty, I love the decor and colors! The free breakfast buffet is on the rooftop and the woman cooking was so friendly and hospitable. There was a pretty good selection of snacks and fruit! Also, the staff were so helpful, providing Soroche (altitude sickness medicine) for free and offering a bagged breakfast on the day we left before breakfast opened. I also love the pet turtle (Lolo) that we saw in the courtyard :)
Alessandra Draco: The hotel is located very central, close to plaza das armes and all historic spots. The building has everything you need and the personnel is extremely kind. Breakfast is really good and you taste the classic local food of Arequipa. On top of the hotel you have an amazing view on Chachami and Misti volcanos. I was here with my girlfriend and our room was basic but extremely functional. Bathroom was modern and had all the features you need. We really appreciate everything of this hotel and i suggest it as a perfect facility for those who want to have every services of a 3 star hotel without overspending.

W L: Rustic style with a funny turtle roaming the garden. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Location could not have been better, very close to the central square but still quiet. The rooftop is amazing for breakfast and sunsets. Just wish it was easier to get hot water, have to ask the receptionist to boil water each time.
