Diego Schultz: The lodging is a good place, the rooms are very comfortable considering the price. The attention was friendly and fast.However, they DO NOT have to pay with a POS card despite having several announcements that you can pay with these means. Which was quite inconvenient at the exit because we did not have cash in that amount and we only had a card. This occurred during the altercations caused by the arrest of the Corrupt Castle. So we were stuck in the city for more days than originally planned and with less money for this. Ayman: We arrived to be told that our booking was not possible due to someone else making a booking a few weeks ago. They nonetheless accommodated us for a night. This caused undue stress, as we had to find a place at short notice. The following day, we were told that the same person who booked our room had cancelled, and that our original booking could go ahead. This was all too coincidental. In the middle of Holy Week and I was traveling with my 63-year-old mother, I had to look for accommodation at the last minute, which obviously was much more expensive for the date. Francesco Giardina: Centrally located (5 minutes by foot to Plaza de Armas) but still far enough from the noisy and most touristy area. The staff was AMAZING, super available for questions and explain you the points of interest in Arequipa.The terrace had a beautiful view over thevolcanoes. I really felt at home here! Theshower had plenty of hot water (even for the sink!) and the bed was super comfortable and warm. I definitely recommend!
Marlid Escarcena: The hostel is in an old house, the room where I stayed with my 3 friends was very nice, the roof was well decorated and with wooden floors, the bathroom was somewhat small but cozy and clean. Die Dame am Empfang ist keine Gastgeberin, bei Frühstück geizig. Fehlendes WC Papier, Schlüsselloch...Aber ein eigentlich schönes Haus mit antiken Zimmern, gute Dusche und super Dachterrasse. Gute Lage, wenn auch unsere zwei Zimmer zur Strasse hin (zu) laut waren.Schaltet zwei Gänge höher und macht ein gutes Hostal daraus!
