The food is absolutely delicious. I ate there three days in a row during my time in Arequipa. I tried the Alpaca, Cuy (Guinea Pig) and Ceviche dishes. Don't be confused. You can eat all these dishes in other places in Peru but at Sonccollay they are prepared the way people ate them before the Inca Empire conquered the various pre-Columbian cultures that existed around the Andes in ancient times.
