Tim Delaney: Basic hostel located just a few blocks from the main plaza. The rooms are very simple. I had a private room with a private bath. The were no windows and felt damp inside. The common areas are open and spacious and the upper patio is a must see during sunset. The staff were very friendly and translated in english very well. The breakfast is basic, day old bread with butter and jam and a cup of coffee or tea. Better to go outside for a full meal.

Vapali Pou: We booked the double room with private bathroom. There was a 24hour reception. The room was big and there was a lot of space. It was very close to the city center. Friendly staff.We were cold during our stay. The breakfast only had two options. Our room and bathroom could have been cleaner. They didn't clean our room and we stayed 4 days there. We paid a whole day even though we arrived at 5 in the morning. For what is was we would expect a cheaper price.

Ali Palmer: The hotel was very average. The staff was pretty attentive overall, but the cleanliness was very mediocre at best. When we arrived to our room, the bathroom still had a soap wrapper in the shower and the toilet seat was shaking was we sat on it. The shower was not the warmest and tended to flood a little. The beds were pretty good though. Also, the breakfast area looks lovely in the pictures, however on the adjacent building there is trash littered on the roof, which was quite unappealing. The breakfast buffet time was the most inconvenient time for tourists who are exploring the city, with a time of 7-8:30am. Also, the lock to our room was also jiggly, which felt insecure and could have easily been broken into.

Wir waren dort zwei Nรคchte aber davon ist abzuraten - zum einen ist das Hostel sehr heruntergekommen und hat trotz dem groรen Potential (Gemeinschaftsraum, Garten) die beste Zeit bei weitem hinter sich. Zum anderen ist der Empfang sehr spรคrlich, die Zimmer sind spartanisch. Lรผften war auch unangenehm aufgrund der Gerรผche drauรen. Es kรถnnte wirklich mehr daraus gemacht werden... Positiv: zentral und heiรe Duschen, WLAN war ok.

Daniele Ricci: I have booked through Hostelworld, when i have turned up on a motorbike, straight away i was discouraged to stay, because they had not space for the vehicle, i was advised to go few doors away at another hostel, where they probably would accommodate me. At first i could not find the nearby hostel and went back several times to ring the bell, but no answer. I have lost my deposit but luckily i have eventually found the other hostel where i have been welcomed in the most friendly way.

Jean Louis is an extraordinary human being and Ana Marรญa is super cute. On the menu the soup is delicious and for the main course the cordon bleu, the fettuccini Delis! Do not leave without ordering the Cusco beer, especially if you are a foreigner.

Backpack & us: If you like your sleep, donโt stay hereIf you want value for your money, donโt stay hereIf you want a decent breakfast where the additional milk for your coffee isnโt 2/s and you actually eat something decent, donโt stay hereThere is a nightclub that blasts music all night everyday until 5h30 am, we stayed in room 21 which is next to the reception, very unprofessional decision to allow guest to stay there as it faces the nightclub.The facilities in the room are neglected, the office chair is broken and the soundproofing is useless.That room is also just behind the reception so you hear the reception bell and nightclub if that isnโt enough to turn you down and destroy your night sleep.They provide you ear plugs but they are useless and cheap so you will still hear the noise.We initially booked 5 nights but canceled everything after the first night of no sleep and went somewhere decent.For the price of the night, you can easily find somewhere better and get a good experience of Arequipa.Avoid at all cost

Tessa VO: I would not recommend this place. We payed for a room with a view (a balcony) and the view was very limited. This was however not the worst. Around 8PM the music in the neighbourhood starts to get really loud. But like REALLY. We did not sleep well at this place. Around 4AM the music stops. David Palomino: I definitely do not recommend that hotelโฆ!!! The administrator is a super bad pedantic and upset person with little understanding. I only came with my family to enjoy but I had a bad stay, and for dirtying a sheet they charged me 250 soles, definitely not very empathetic, it is the first time that all this has happened to me, a bad experience ๐ from this hotel

Alfonso Perez: We stayed three nights. It is an old tambo completely renovated and decorated with great taste. The room was big and very clean and pretty. The breakfast was very abundant and with lots of fruit. Excellent service at reception. I highly recommend it.

Ian FERNANDEZ RODRIGUEZ: My room was small and kind of claustrophobic, with no windows whatsoever, only the access door to the inner patio. This opressing feeling is increased by the lack of privacy, as you need to enter through a small reception and ask for the key everytime you go in or out.Bed was uncomfortable and for some reason I was unable to sleep well.I believe the place lacks some amenities and certeanly a touch to be considered as a boutique hotel. The place is beautiful, with solid rock walls, but some details are overlooked and the whole guest experience is a bit deceiving.The staff, on the other hand,is outstanding and they will do everything in their hands to make you have a pleasant stay.

Liz Perez: Everyone was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly. Service was spectacular. We stayed at the King suite with Terrace. It had a nice view of the Misti and cute little terrace. The room was updated and bathroom with an amazing shower and great water pressure. Breakfast was also very nice and complete with fresh juices, eggs, fruit, freshly baked bread, Avocado, pancakes, etc. The area for us was good, it was close to the main plaza without being right on it, which we prefer.
Ian Boggio Woll: Excellent facilities, restored house. Attention it is A1, distance about 10 minutes walking from the main square. Spacious and comfortable rooms.
Alexis Paparo: We stayed 3 nights and could't sleep well neither one night. The hotel is aestetically nice but the rooms have no soundproof and you can hear everything: the rooster from the field nearby every morning at 6 am, traffic, doorbell at 4 am, steps because our room (The Junior suite) was exactly below the terrace where they serve breakfast. Since the hotel is not cheap at all, the hotel is not value for money at all. If you have a heavy sleep I think your experience will be different.Also, WiFi doesn't work very good, we asked 3 times to fix it and them we got tired to ask.
