Melissa Sánchez Téllez: Terrible, the staff standing around talking to each other and not even a hello to the customer, the whole store in general very dirty from the floor to the counters, dirty half-used makeup, it is understood that it may be the test makeup for customers but there is not a single full or clean makeup to be able to appreciate it, I would never visit this store again, at least not the one in Arequipa.
