P Gremlinzz: This place is the worst in all of Arequipa, when we arrived we reserved on the first floor and then they sent us to the 5th floor, we had to walk without an elevator, the apartment was dirty and with strange fluids on the sofa bed, the material in the apartment was very unfortunate and weak, the water runs through the wall and the curtains were dirty, we were not satisfied with the apartment, we canceled two nights and the man who was spoiled in himself demanded that we pay him and he charged us 40 dollars in total, 25 a night, 5 for parking and 10 dollars for cleaning, we paid him and the next day when we left the man verbally assaulted us for no reason, it must be said that this place is not absolutely worth it, it has a bad rating on Booking, if you have problems With this place, call Booking to get this place out of Booking or call the police, here are the photos of the apartment

Tigi Saron Manfroi: This hotel is one of the best and busiest hotels for its location, with enough space and cleanliness. We have traveled to many places, but we have never seen workers as arrogant as the ones that work in this specific hotel. Without Roberto from the reception and José from the restaurant, this hotel would have been the worst place to stay.But I don't want to leave without mentioning the view of the cathedral from that point is impeccable especially at night.

Sumit Shrestha: Loved this hotel. The hospitality was perfect. The location was in perfect location. The old style building at the reception was really speaking of the colonial past of this city. The rooms themselves were of average size. The paintings on the walls were really good. The decor on the reception reminded me of the past something I wanted to experience in Arequipa. Highly recommended if you’re in this city. They even provided with box breakfast at four in the morning, which was something new for us on our two weeks trip all across peru.

Beyby Yhossell Rivera Palma: I stayed 2 nights at the hotel, the lousy reception staff have no treatment, they are not able to help you with your luggage and they don't even greet you, the rooms were a little better, the only good thing I remember about that hotel is the staff breakfast, always attentive and friendly. Ana C: The apartment is fine, the location is not the best. The problem is that they have acquired the name of a well-known chain and it is a private department that has nothing to do with them. I wanted to change the reservation less than 24 hours after making it and they told me that they would charge me the full amount. The lady who is in charge of giving the keys is very kind but when I left she checked the house very suspicious and told me that there was an open closet that was previously closed in a room that I didn't even use. Obviously he didn't miss anything but it was uncomfortable. To travel like this it is better to use Airbnb, which has a platform behind it and explains your conditions in advance. I will not repeat and I do not recommend it.
Rosa Chang: Cozy place, good mobility connection to move anywhere, although it is not in the center itself, it is close to the main square and main avenues. I give it 4 stars because of the noise coming from the street. they can improve the isolation of light with better curtains in the bedrooms and thicker glass
