Manly Matt Schulman: Highly recommended. Although almost every hotel we stayed in on our Peru trip was a Casa Andina property, this was the best of them. The location is close enough to the center of town to be easily walkable, but out of its busiest area. It is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff was helpful and polite. As a side note, we came with rudimentary Spanish, but didn't need it here -- the staff's English was far better than our Spanish. The breakfast was impressive, even including a pleasant performance by a local musician. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and they even included a little nosh as a treat for our anniversary. Certainly a fine place to stay when you visit Arequipa.

Ana C: The apartment is fine, the location is not the best. The problem is that they have acquired the name of a well-known chain and it is a private department that has nothing to do with them. I wanted to change the reservation less than 24 hours after making it and they told me that they would charge me the full amount. The lady who is in charge of giving the keys is very kind but when I left she checked the house very suspicious and told me that there was an open closet that was previously closed in a room that I didn't even use. Obviously he didn't miss anything but it was uncomfortable. To travel like this it is better to use Airbnb, which has a platform behind it and explains your conditions in advance. I will not repeat and I do not recommend it.
Rosa Chang: Cozy place, good mobility connection to move anywhere, although it is not in the center itself, it is close to the main square and main avenues. I give it 4 stars because of the noise coming from the street. they can improve the isolation of light with better curtains in the bedrooms and thicker glass

Tim Delaney: Basic hostel located just a few blocks from the main plaza. The rooms are very simple. I had a private room with a private bath. The were no windows and felt damp inside. The common areas are open and spacious and the upper patio is a must see during sunset. The staff were very friendly and translated in english very well. The breakfast is basic, day old bread with butter and jam and a cup of coffee or tea. Better to go outside for a full meal.

Vapali Pou: We booked the double room with private bathroom. There was a 24hour reception. The room was big and there was a lot of space. It was very close to the city center. Friendly staff.We were cold during our stay. The breakfast only had two options. Our room and bathroom could have been cleaner. They didn't clean our room and we stayed 4 days there. We paid a whole day even though we arrived at 5 in the morning. For what is was we would expect a cheaper price.

Tigi Saron Manfroi: This hotel is one of the best and busiest hotels for its location, with enough space and cleanliness. We have traveled to many places, but we have never seen workers as arrogant as the ones that work in this specific hotel. Without Roberto from the reception and José from the restaurant, this hotel would have been the worst place to stay.But I don't want to leave without mentioning the view of the cathedral from that point is impeccable especially at night.

Julian -: This hostel was great. I stayed there during the unrests in Peru at the end of 2022. The owners kept us updated, tried to help us as good as possible and also took some people with their own car to other cities to help them. Everything is extremely clean and the atmosphere is very nice so that it almost feels like you‘re at home. I would always go back to this hostel when staying in Arequipa.

Ventureiro Carioca: Cuando yo Llegué en lo hostel, me ofrecieron una habitación muy húmeda, con manchas en la pared. No me gustó los baños también. Entonces yo cambiei de hostal..Um pouco afastado, esse albergue possui um ambiente bacana, bom atendimento. Mas os quartos oferecidos eram muito úmidos, inclusive com manchas nas paredes próximo das camas. As fotos são tão bacanas, que perguntei se não havia outro quarto e o que me mostraram tinha o mesmo problema. Enfim, desisti de me hospedar ali.
