Tim Delaney: Basic hostel located just a few blocks from the main plaza. The rooms are very simple. I had a private room with a private bath. The were no windows and felt damp inside. The common areas are open and spacious and the upper patio is a must see during sunset. The staff were very friendly and translated in english very well. The breakfast is basic, day old bread with butter and jam and a cup of coffee or tea. Better to go outside for a full meal.

Vapali Pou: We booked the double room with private bathroom. There was a 24hour reception. The room was big and there was a lot of space. It was very close to the city center. Friendly staff.We were cold during our stay. The breakfast only had two options. Our room and bathroom could have been cleaner. They didn't clean our room and we stayed 4 days there. We paid a whole day even though we arrived at 5 in the morning. For what is was we would expect a cheaper price.

The hostel, where Giako, César, Byron and Felipe work, is cozy, very clean and pleasant.Breakfast consists of coffee, freshly squeezed juice, fresh bread with jam and scrambled eggs. But if you ask they can prepare something else for you.I want to say that we stayed here during all the chaos that occurred after the coup d'état in December 2022. And I assure you that if it had not been for how attentive, affectionate and understanding the 4 of them were, our lives those days would have been much more tense.I have nothing but good words for all the staff at this hotel, human people full of kindness and charisma. Manly Matt Schulman: Highly recommended. Although almost every hotel we stayed in on our Peru trip was a Casa Andina property, this was the best of them. The location is close enough to the center of town to be easily walkable, but out of its busiest area. It is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff was helpful and polite. As a side note, we came with rudimentary Spanish, but didn't need it here -- the staff's English was far better than our Spanish. The breakfast was impressive, even including a pleasant performance by a local musician. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and they even included a little nosh as a treat for our anniversary. Certainly a fine place to stay when you visit Arequipa.

Tigi Saron Manfroi: This hotel is one of the best and busiest hotels for its location, with enough space and cleanliness. We have traveled to many places, but we have never seen workers as arrogant as the ones that work in this specific hotel. Without Roberto from the reception and José from the restaurant, this hotel would have been the worst place to stay.But I don't want to leave without mentioning the view of the cathedral from that point is impeccable especially at night.

Carlos Cerna: The attention was first class, since my arrival they were aware of my stay. They care a lot about customers and that the experience is the best. Mrs. Leticia was in charge of the breakfasts 100 points! super cute, attentive to any detail, she suggested we go up to the roof for a better view and she took a picture of us always looking for the best. The service highly recommended. I would return to this place without hesitation.
