Fátima Xiomara: La atención y el diagnóstico 10/10 muy buenos profesionales, fueron de gran ayuda.
Josh Barrett: Lets have a short discussion regarding the treatment of mentally ill patients. I'm sure a fair share of individuals show up that are difficult to deal with and require special attention... sure.I am 32 and from Alaska. I'm currently living in Arequipa as an English teacher. Prior to that I volunteered for many local companies here in Peru helping to tidy up their websites and help improve the English wording, I add to this society because it's a beautiful country that I wish more could enjoy. My experience at Moises Heresi was one of complete chaos and lack of care or compassion. I showed up at 7AM for an appointment I had scheduled and was desperately in need of. I came with my translator, who is Peruvian and also has a busy schedule, thankfully she was kind enough to accompany me to my appointment that I had set the day before. Upon arrival we were not even greeted, we were ignored, and stood there as many people rudely stepped in front of us even though we were next in line. Here's where the fun begins... as the lady, who proudly claimed herself as "the boss" told us to take a seat among the 50 others waiting. She did not take down my name, she did not acknowledge I had an appointment, she cast us off aside. The lady I had come with, my translator, said this is the way it works and that it cannot be changed... people... you are better than this, you do not deserve to be treated this way... especially if you suffer from a mental condition that makes even the thought of open spaces, or lots of people a nightmare. At one point the workers at the front pointed at me and laughed. Why? Is it because they find joy abusing their "power" as the "boss"(referring to the lady who scoffed at us). You may not suffer from a condition, but you sure need to learn how to treat those who do.I went home crushed, I NEEDED help this day, and instead was turned away for "another" appointment. My translator says this show of disrespect is the way things are... WRONG... stand up for yourselves, change the awful system. Know that you are special in the same way anyone else is. Do not allow yourself to be treated this way.To Moises Heresi... train your staff to be better, to show respect, to command the lines of people as any well organized professional institution should. If training is not an option, consider replacement. Instead of laughing at the guy that is clearly in need of help. I GLADLY would have waited, even though I had an appointment, but instead was laughed at and told to come back tomorrow. Not everyone makes it to tomorrow.Pull the lady, the "boss" off the front line, she ABSOLUTELY should not be the first person someone speaks to when they arrive, she is toxic in an already difficult situation. Replace her with someone who has the ability to smile, to make others feel at ease. Replace her with someone who uses phrases that DO NOT involve just claiming to be "the boss".The saddest part of the whole experience, was when my Peruvian friend, my translator, told me "this is just the way things work"... Come on people, you are better than this, you should demand respect. Do you think your proud ancestors would have stood for it? They were such an innovative and proud people, trust me I know, I've studied them thoroughly. For this generation to have become what it has, especially in the treatment of the mentally ill, is despicable and a waste of the greatness that once was.If anyone who also feels they deserve better, if anyone isn't sure if tomorrow is too far away. Please speak up, please voice your opinion, don't live in a terrible system, change it.If there is in fact a real "boss" that would like to share a dialog, please, reach out to me, I would love to have a chat. I don't write to help myself, I write to try to help the person who cannot see a tomorrow.
Heverd Baleriano Torres: Remodelado con instalaciones nuevas.

Lic.
