Ivan Montes: Good location in the center of Arequipa. Excellent attention. The only problem, which all Bata stores in Peru have, is that they do not sell large sizes. Almost all the shoes reach 43 and 44 maximum.
Maria Elena CC: Good attention, courtesy of the sales managers, you can try on the shoes without any problem. There is a variety of footwear from slippers to shoes, sandals according to the season. For ladies, men and children. They need to have a little more variety in ballerinas hehe. But just fine. And the prices are neither too high nor too low. There are even good promotions. And the quality of North Star shoes, especially very good.
Yani Cordova: I had to make a change for size and the attention was very efficient. I did not need to go to the same store where I made the purchase, they attended me in another and with total kindness.

Rini la Gasse: Dispite the fact it was not their company policy the store manager went above and beyond to satisfy a customer, I bought Weinbrenner shoes a size to small at Bata in Cusco(my mistake of not walking on then thoroughly through the store). After walking for an hour on them in Arequipa, because in the meantime we took the bus from Cusco to Arequipa, I wanted to change them for a larger pair. The shoe store of Weinbrenner in Arequipa wasn't helpfull at all but the manager of the Bata store thought in solutions and worked out the situation. I now have the right size :)
