Helping Overcome Obstacles Peru (HOOP): what do users think?
luci apaza ramos: many nice things
Estefanía Núñez: Working for the community and helping kids fulfill their dreams is a great experience and very rewarding
Aimee Holt: HOOP, like some other organizations internationally, *charges you* to volunteer your time for them. It costs $250 USD to volunteer with them, which is about a months minimum wage salary here. Algo huele mal. If you're looking for an opportunity to volunteer in Arequipa, or anywhere in South America, be aware there are many, many free options. A quick Google search will help you find them.
Michelle Cartier-Archambault: Where to start? I only have positive things to day about this NGO. Even though HOOP is not very big, it still makes a huge impact on the community they are working with. All of the staff genuinly care about making a difference and this dedication also touches the volunteers that come to help! It was a life changing experience for me. The NGO is perfectly transparent and well structured. New ideas and suggestions are always welcomed and everyone is able to find it's place to help in their most efficient way. I could go on and on about why HOOP is awesome but the best thing you can do is check it out yourself. I highly recommend volunteering with them. Believe me, you won't regret it.
Julianne Ezra: This is an organised and immensely rewarding NGO to volunteer for. I started as a teacher for 3 months and loved it so much I'm now a founding trustee of the UK fundraising branch - Helping Overcome Obstacles Peru UK. It was certainly a life changing experience. HOOP has had a clear positive impact on the community of Flora Tristan and continues to grow its activities based on what the people genuinely need. The children are gorgeous and the English school is such an integral part of their lives. The lively playground after classes is great fun and the glorious climate of Arequipa is the perfect backdrop with its stunning blue skies and volcano horizon. Don't let the joining fee put you off, it's your guarantee that this is a bona fide organisation that is genuinely making a difference. Enjoy!
Jimmy Quicara: I'm a Arequipan guy living now in Vancouver, I've read the news today on 24h that Melania is going to be part of a challenge to raise funds for a non-profit.I wanted to give you all a big thanks for your work, effort and compassion you show to improve children's life there.I feel identified and humbled because I was grown there and now live here, and now these two places are connected because of your actions.Thank you again, you help create a better world, I wish you the best.

Manpower: what do users think?
Ebert Gustavo Aponte Valdiviezo: It is a leading global association in recruitment and outsourcing of personnel for temporary and/or permanent positions. We provide human capital solutions to improve the operational efficiency and performance of your business. I recommend it.
Max Landa: This place gives a bad image to Manpower, a global company that in general is very good. People working here did not even try to find me a job, they did not even care about my knowledge. I was looking for any kind of job, at the bank, as a teacher, etc. I had lot of certificates from Tecsup, and many other technical institutes. The only thing I did not have was my engineer’s degree yet, but I had my bachelor’s degree. I was very honest, and I told that to the lady in charge and she said to me "We are looking for professionals". Now I am in the United States. Here everybody appreciates my knowledge. How horrible is that people from my country are so mediocre and think that one is a professional only because one has the engineer’s degree. They disqualify those who study technical careers. I understand why my country never gets better, and they ask me "Why you need to go to the United Stated why don’t you stay here?". I hope after this quarantine they get rid of this kind of people.
Luis Rebaza: A terrible place, they don't even read the resume, they barely read the initial part, they don't see certificates or experience, this place is a waste of time.
Jimmy Eloy Díaz Sacsi: visiting
Resolt1 DM: Good
