Ivan Montes: Buena ubicación en el centro de Arequipa. Excelente atención. El único problema y que lo tienen todas las tiendas Bata del Perú es que no venden tallas grades. Casi todos los calzados llegan a 43 y 44 como máximo..
Maria Elena CC: Buena atención, cortesía de los encargados de ventas, puedes probarte los zapatos sin problema. Hay variedad de calzado desde zapatillas a zapatos, sandalias de acuerdo a temporada. Para damas, varones y niños. Faltan que tengan un poco más de variedad en ballerinas jeje. Pero bien nomas. Y los precios ni muy elevados ni muy bajos. Incluso hay buenas promociones. Y la calidad en zapatillas North Star sobre todo muy buenas.

Rini la Gasse: Dispite the fact it was not their company policy the store manager went above and beyond to satisfy a customer, I bought Weinbrenner shoes a size to small at Bata in Cusco(my mistake of not walking on then thoroughly through the store). After walking for an hour on them in Arequipa, because in the meantime we took the bus from Cusco to Arequipa, I wanted to change them for a larger pair. The shoe store of Weinbrenner in Arequipa wasn't helpfull at all but the manager of the Bata store thought in solutions and worked out the situation. I now have the right size :)
