Dennoch waren die lecker.Das einzige Minus: der Teig war nicht durch und hat stark nach Hefe geschmeckt. Elastizität war super, aber halt noch halb roh. Die Pizza hat wirklich Potential richtig gut zu werden, wenn noch etwas am Teig und der Garzeit gefeilt wird.

Airi: Possibly the most overrated restaurant in Arequipa. There are long waits to get a table at this restaurant but the dishes are underwhelming. The pasta was very salty and I didn’t particularly appreciate the flavour. The prices were quite high for the quality of the food. Although there are many waiters, the service was disorganised and it took a long time to have orders taken.

Located on top of hotel “le foyer”.Can only recommend the pisco sour workshops in the afternoon. Very friendly team, a variety of flavors which they steep into the pisco themselves. My favorite is the maracuya and sancaya, the latter also known as colca sour. Special thanks to Lisbeth for the insights into pisco culture!
