Olga Ostromecka: Great service. We paid 39 soles for 6.5 kg of laundry. The next day everything was very clean and fresh, not creased, and sorted out by type of clothing which is very helpful. Very much recommended for all travelers.

Ulrike L.: Bin hierher gekommen aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und trotz längerem Fußweg und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Wäsche wurde professionell gemacht, nichts fehlte. Preise fair. Die Betreiber sind sehr nett.Edit: nachdem ich andere Bewertungen gelesen habe, muss ich noch erwähnen, dass bei wenigen Gramm über der Kilogrenze aufgerundet wird aufs nächste Kilo. Ich hab dann einfach ein Teil weniger waschen lassen, um nicht 7 Soles extra zahlen zu müssen (für denselben Tag), und das war dann auch ok.

Les 2 premières fois tout était ok, par contre la 3 ème fois ce n'était pas sérieux du tout...Nous avions payé 5 soles le kilo mais lors de notre3 ème visite ils voulaient nous faire payer 7 soles le kilo. Après avoir contesté nous avons payé 5 soles le kilo. Par contre nous venons de récupérer le linge et il semble que le linge n'ait pas été lavé ou du moins pas en totalité... Nous avions bien remarqué que le monsieur n'était pas content qu'on ait râlé pour le prix mais nous ne nous attendions pas à ça...Laverie à éviter. Il y en a beaucoup d'autres dans le coin...

Cadu Cardoso: BAD EXPERIENCE - RUN AWAYWe went there because we saw the good reviews on Google but not sure if we can trust them.My entire bad experience took only 3 min.We arrived at the laundry and were served by a lady. Our clothes weighed 2.5Kg and the lady said that she would charge us for 3Kg, we asked why and she simply said really rudly that we were asking too much and that's why she was denying to wash our clothes and we could go somewhere else.I just couldn't believe what was happening. It have never happened before in other places. She was really impolite.I said that she should be more respectful as we're. Because we just wanted to understand how it works.And then we left, went just round the corner to another Laundry called (Lavanderia Jerusalen - Calle JeruSalén N°410 A) we were very well served even with a beautiful smile and they charged us for only 2.5Kg without saying anything.(P.S. No miss understanding we do speak Spanish).I hope it's helpful.

They just read it. They do not confirm whether to do laundry service or not. I wasted my time choosing them from the internet.

Rebekah Jasnikowski: As Brits abroad with little to no Spanish we found the prospect of sorting laundry a bit intimidating. The hotels charge US rates per item which seems crazy when you know how cheap it actually is. A 3 week trip and 2 toddlers in tow meant we had no choice! We found Laundry Master on Google and the owner was able to communicate in good English via WhatsApp. Our laundry was collected from our hotel at 10am and returned the same day without us having to go anywhere. Brilliant service and only 6 soles per KG (we had a machine load - UK style) and it was only 30 soles with pick up and delivery included. Highly recommend!!

I gave them some clothes to wash in the afternoon to pick up the next day before I booked my next destination (leaving early the next day), so I kept coming back to them to see if my laundry could be done earlier and they got it done that night! They were very nice even though I came back multiple times and was very annoying. Highly recommend! Cheaper and faster than going through my hostel!
