So we friendly asked for the ice which we missed from the coffee. For the second attempt we got a regular ice coffee, but the icecream was disappeared! So we friendly asked again for the icecream and had to make a conversation with the shop-manager about the meaning of “ice-coffe with icecream”. Now, as for the third attempt the coffee was prepared, the shop manager just made a sign for her employees that we are silly. The served ice-coffee was just okay. We are sorry for write this feedback in a such beautiful and friendly city like Arequipa.
