Eduardo Torres: In my opinion, one of the best restaurants in the center of Arequipa, it is mandatory to visit them.Their dishes are based on the different varieties of Peruvian potatoes and I loved their quinoa crepe, in addition to the craft beers. I will definitely be back.

APES FIT my private training: L'atelier chocolat est une superbe experience.Vous en apprenez beaucoup sur l'histoire du cacao et vous faites vos propres chocolats, avec lesquels vous repartez.Andrea était vraiment super ! Il nous a fait passer 3h extra et très ludique.On manipule le cacao, on le concasse pour parvenir à en faire une pâte, ...Et bien sur, on goûte les différents types de chocolats.Je vous recommande vivement cet atelier. Vous passerez un très bon moment.

Natalie Hulme: We had a workshop today with Andres, and it was AMAZING. We learned a lot, the amount of things you do in the time you have is such good value for money, plus you get a little bag of chocolates to take away. I absolutely loved the workshop. Andres was funny, engaging and an excellent teacher. This is a must for a visit to Arequipa!

Chelo Gonzales: I ordered the shrimp sucker made of pure shrimp tails and the truth is that we ordered more than 83 soles and it was terrible. It had a potato, a small corn, and a large pumpkin and very small shrimp tails... I recommend eating the normal one without peeling but in generally nothing happens

The stew was good, I didn't like that the stew juice was more of a soup consistency. The ancestral herb cocktail was very tasty, the Benita lemonade was very delicious, I recommend it.

We also ordered a triple arequipeño that comes with rocky stuffing, chicharrón and solterito and the truth is, it was regular . We left disappointed, it is not worth the price we paid.

Iñaki: I can't recommend it, it's a very expensive place for what it offers. The guinea pig was good and the staff was very friendly.We ordered fried cheese for a starter and it was VERY salty. We went for the shrimp chupe and until we asked, they didn't tell us that they didn't have it, a negative point because I think they should say it at the beginning in case I no longer want to stay in the restaurant.The bathroom is another negative point, you can't have a restaurant with those prices and a bathroom so dirty and completely neglected.

Julio Escobar: Disappointing in the face of such an imposing name. Although the place is beautiful and comfortable and the attention of one of the waiters was very good, and the food was very tasty. It was a total disappointment, we had to ask for 4 drinks to be corrected, because the bartender forgot to put the rubber on the drinks, so the experience was very bad. I do not recommend it at all!!

Mickael Crochet: we are 3 of my group to have been sick (tourista) just after our stay at the hotel, nevertheless the cocktails were good but do not eat there!
Pauline PAYS: !! CE N'EST PAS UN MUSÉE !!Mais bien un bar destiné aux touristes. Nous étions assez sereins en lisant les commentaires... Et très surpris que notre expérience n'est pas été semblable. La musique est très forte, impossible de pouvoir discuter tranquillement sans devoir nous hurler dessus.Les cocktails sont beaux, mais très sucrés et très très chers. Comptez environ 20 minutes d'attente au minimum.Pour la nourriture, nous avons attendu près de deux heures nos plats, pour 30 minutes annoncées : sans saveur, viande trop cuite et trop sèche, beaucoup de plats indisponibles. L'un de nous n'a même pas été servi, on suppose qu'ils ont oublié. Nous avons été prévenu environ 40 minutes après le passage de notre commande que certains plats ne pouvaient être réalisés.À peine servis, on nous presse de terminer : le bar va fermer. La note est salée, et le ticket de caisse n'était pas le bon. Aucun geste commercial n'a été appliqué. Une expérience très décevante.Passez votre chemin, vous trouverez bien meilleur et beaucoup moins cher ailleurs !
Doriane Das: Ne vous fiez pas au nom, ce n’est pas un musée mais un bar d’alcool. Nous avons pris un Pisco soir et un autre au fruit de la passion. Nous avons trouvé les cocktails trop alcoolisés et un peu lourd à boire. Le prix était très cher (28 soles chaque boisson)!

Stev: During my stay the food was very good but the service could be a lot improved.We arrived around 6pm and although it was cold we could not sit inside. This is only possible as of 7pm. I was freezing. They did not use the heating bulbs. Service was taking a long time to take our order, although our drinks were empty they never offered a re-order. Also they never asked us whether everything was good, also not when we paid. Seemed very inattentive to us as customers overall. Besides that, a great place. The recipes are superb.

Timothy J Sayer: I found this a little disappointing for a few reasons.Having not been able to get in to the Lima restaurant, I was keen to come here and try some of Gaston's food.The chupe Andino was nice and had pops of flavour that I enjoyed, having not had anything similar before. I had no serviettes or cutlery apart from a spoon to eat the corn with which was a hassle.I then had the pulpo a la brasa, and I honestly can't understand why this had no flavour, even with olives and capers in the dish. The chimichurri had zero flavour which I don't understand how that's even possible and if I was blindfolded, I would never have guessed that the octopus was grilled. It was sadly an oily, flavourless dish.My side plate, bread basket and butter still remained after the main was cleared even though I'd finished before the starter arrived. I also waited to be offered deserts but the offer didn't come.I so wanted to have a great experience here, but sadly I didn't.
Luke Costa: We were literally just looking to try chicha de guiñapo, a fermented purple corn drink that only comes from Arequipa, and this was one of the only places we could find that sold it.Although more of a restaurant, the staff allowed us to sit at the bar whilst then providing us a complimentary selection of local breads and butters. Excellent hospitality and a beautiful restaurant.
