Isha I: Wifi speed was not as advertised - they said it was going to be 30mb down. At times it was 200kb down! We did mention this to the staff and they called the internet company. However even after a while it wasn't much improved. Since we paid for reliability this was totally unacceptable. It was really hard to maintain even a voice call with my team and I certainly do not want to interrupt any calls to diagnose internet issues with them. Also it's really noisy with children nearby

Drew Mohoric: Staff is friendly and the space has a good vibe, but I experienced issues with the wifi. It was usually good, but varies in strength in different parts of the office space. I worked here for two weeks and had several quality issued with my calls breaking up or dropping altogether. Also, people on the other side of my phone complained about echos when I was wearing headphones because the work rooms have low ceilings and poor acoustics.On my second to last day the internet stopped working for me altogether. I tried resetting my computer, the wifi connection, and the router. We did troubleshooting for more than 30 minutes and couldn't make it work. Ultimately, I left for a coffee shop because I need wifi to work. I did not return for my final day despite having already paid for it because the WiFi at my Airbnb was stronger.I paid more than 400 soles for two weeks of space, so I was disappointed to experience wifi issues, considering reliable wifi is what I was paying for in the first place...
Alison Silva: I recently went for the first time for a course that I took, the place was spacious, pleasant and with a beautiful and picturesque main garden, it is a two-story place with comfortable rooms and to the taste and requirement of the client, the place is calm, not there are annoying noises, you can work at ease, the environments are lit, quite good for meetings and related things, recommended!

Il nous a fait passer 3h extra et très ludique.On manipule le cacao, on le concasse pour parvenir à en faire une pâte, ...Et bien sur, on goûte les différents types de chocolats.Je vous recommande vivement cet atelier. Natalie Hulme: We had a workshop today with Andres, and it was AMAZING. We learned a lot, the amount of things you do in the time you have is such good value for money, plus you get a little bag of chocolates to take away. I absolutely loved the workshop. Andres was funny, engaging and an excellent teacher. This is a must for a visit to Arequipa!

Tigi Saron Manfroi: This hotel is one of the best and busiest hotels for its location, with enough space and cleanliness. We have traveled to many places, but we have never seen workers as arrogant as the ones that work in this specific hotel. Without Roberto from the reception and José from the restaurant, this hotel would have been the worst place to stay.But I don't want to leave without mentioning the view of the cathedral from that point is impeccable especially at night.

The first opportunity took more than an hour and a half to say that the order was never going to arrive, the CC of Lima was very bad in the support for problem solving. The second problem was yesterday that according to what they coordinated the delivery would be at 5:30 p.m. . I got a call at 5:26 p.m. Saying that it was going to take 10 more minutes but at 6:15 the order did not arrive, I contacted the company telling me that it seemed strange that the motorized one did not arrive and then called again and said that they had a problem with my order. They sent the shipment for today at 9:30 a.m. and so far nothing has come.

Backpack & us: If you like your sleep, don’t stay hereIf you want value for your money, don’t stay hereIf you want a decent breakfast where the additional milk for your coffee isn’t 2/s and you actually eat something decent, don’t stay hereThere is a nightclub that blasts music all night everyday until 5h30 am, we stayed in room 21 which is next to the reception, very unprofessional decision to allow guest to stay there as it faces the nightclub.The facilities in the room are neglected, the office chair is broken and the soundproofing is useless.That room is also just behind the reception so you hear the reception bell and nightclub if that isn’t enough to turn you down and destroy your night sleep.They provide you ear plugs but they are useless and cheap so you will still hear the noise.We initially booked 5 nights but canceled everything after the first night of no sleep and went somewhere decent.For the price of the night, you can easily find somewhere better and get a good experience of Arequipa.Avoid at all cost
