Dr. Jorge was available for telephone consultation on a very short notice during the evening hours, he helped me to get laboratory examination within one hour and for that provided me very detailed description what to do, where to go and what to say. I can speak virtually no Spanish but with his instructions I had no problems with sorting this out at all. He also prescribed me a medication that quickly helped me with my problems. I can earnestly say they this was the best interaction I have ever had with a doctor.Navigating the clinic was straightforward and played out exactly as Dr. Jorge said it would; and if this were not enough, Dr. Jorge dropped by the clinic to check up on me and to personally deliver my test results. All this to say, if you get sick in Arequipa, contact Dr. Jorge and he will walk you through the path to your recovery in a way that inspires trust and confidence.

b.: Dr Jorge was extremely kind and thorough when we were with him today. It was a godsend to have someone like him help us on our trip to Peru. Highly recommend him over any other random clinics if you're travelling from abroad.

He went above and beyond to help me and has still continued to provide me with advice and support since I left Arequipa. Being ill is horrible enough let alone being ill in a foreign country where you don't speak the language well but he really put me at ease and got me on the road to recovery in no time. After a few minutes the Dr. came to visit me at the Hostal and checked me out. She brought me to the clinic were I got medicine straight away. After 2 days I could get out of the hospital. The stay at the vitta clinic was very compftable too. I had my own room and a lovely treatment from the nurse as well.I would recomend everyone this place who doesn't feel good. 😷I also come from Germany and the clinic got contacted with my insurance (in my case ADAC) immidiatelly, so I didn't need to be worried about money and could keep on focussing on my health. Hamide Muqaku: We were in the dshungel last Year in december and my boyfriend got Really sick. So we went to the vitta clinic. Our doctor was dr. Mariela. She is an angel. I called her several times (even at night!!!) and she tried always to explain everything. So Really no complaints about the clinic. The only thing was the nurse... She could not speek english and our spanish was really bad. That was the reason why I was afraid at the beginning.. she seemed very new in her role and couldnt explain whats happening. All in all my boyfriend got really fast help and we could solve the language problem because of dr. Mariela. Would definitly recommend her.
