Eduardo Torres: In my opinion, one of the best restaurants in the center of Arequipa, it is mandatory to visit them.Their dishes are based on the different varieties of Peruvian potatoes and I loved their quinoa crepe, in addition to the craft beers. I will definitely be back.

Stev: During my stay the food was very good but the service could be a lot improved.We arrived around 6pm and although it was cold we could not sit inside. This is only possible as of 7pm. I was freezing. They did not use the heating bulbs. Service was taking a long time to take our order, although our drinks were empty they never offered a re-order. Also they never asked us whether everything was good, also not when we paid. Seemed very inattentive to us as customers overall. Besides that, a great place. The recipes are superb.

Timothy J Sayer: I found this a little disappointing for a few reasons.Having not been able to get in to the Lima restaurant, I was keen to come here and try some of Gaston's food.The chupe Andino was nice and had pops of flavour that I enjoyed, having not had anything similar before. I had no serviettes or cutlery apart from a spoon to eat the corn with which was a hassle.I then had the pulpo a la brasa, and I honestly can't understand why this had no flavour, even with olives and capers in the dish. The chimichurri had zero flavour which I don't understand how that's even possible and if I was blindfolded, I would never have guessed that the octopus was grilled. It was sadly an oily, flavourless dish.My side plate, bread basket and butter still remained after the main was cleared even though I'd finished before the starter arrived. I also waited to be offered deserts but the offer didn't come.I so wanted to have a great experience here, but sadly I didn't.
Luke Costa: We were literally just looking to try chicha de guiñapo, a fermented purple corn drink that only comes from Arequipa, and this was one of the only places we could find that sold it.Although more of a restaurant, the staff allowed us to sit at the bar whilst then providing us a complimentary selection of local breads and butters. Excellent hospitality and a beautiful restaurant.

Located on top of hotel “le foyer”.Can only recommend the pisco sour workshops in the afternoon. Very friendly team, a variety of flavors which they steep into the pisco themselves. Claudia Vargas: La comida muy buena ni que hablar , pero Califique con 2 estrellas porque este local Está ubicado en la parte externa y así haga frío o empiece a llover no acondicionan un ambiente para estas circunstancias te advierten que es bajo tu responsabilidad si empieza a llover que no harán nada porque no se puede mezclar con el Restaurant CHICHA , cuando le pedimos a la mesera que prenda el calentador se negó rotundamente ósea ni siquiera fue cortes al decir que preguntaría aún viendo que tenía a mi Niño mi suegra mayorcita y yo estaba embarazada . Espero puedan acondicionar un ambiente para estas circunstancias.

Sin duda el lugar es precioso, con un patio muy agradable, el personal servicial y atento. Fue nuestra primera toma de contacto con la comida local y no pudimos estar más contentos. Precio bastante ajustado para la calidad que ofrecen (aprox 15€ por persona). Un placer!

I normally don't choose vegetarian sushi, but this place does some of the best sushi I've ever had (so much so I went twice).It's also really well priced. I'd recommend going for the nigiris and gunkan with the makis, and trying the ceviche which is a get vegan take on a classic.The courtyard is also really cool and representative of the city's architecture.

Les tailles étaient assez petites mais ce n'est pas cher donc c'est normal.Le décor est sublime, très sobre à la japonaise. Il faisait un peu froid aussi car les portes sont ouvertes sur l'extérieur. Valentin Poussier: C'est délicieux mais peu copieux si on veut s'en sortir pour moins de 50 soles par personne.La soupe miso est un régal, mais même pour 5 soles, elle est ridiculement petite (une tasse de café).Les gyozas ne sont pas hyper garnis mais excellents.Les sushis également, même si dans les combos à 16 pièces, il y a 6 makis minuscules avec seulement du riz et un tout petit bout soit d'avocat, soit d'épinard.Les autres pièces sont succulentes, on en oublie que c'est du végétalien même lorsque l'on a l'habitude de manger des sushis classiques.Le service est correct quoique assez froid, on n'entend presque pas les serveurs parler qui marmonnent tout bas on ne sait pourquoi (les deux qu'on a eu en tout cas).

Peruvian dishes and things more familiar to an English palette. Geoffrey our waiter was very helpful and ensured my allergies were catered for. We couldn't have wished for better.Dietary restrictions: When told what my allergies were they made sure that I had choices. The only fly in the ointment was that he did not have a dairy free ice cream alternative to accompany my otherwise delicious quince dessert.

The service is superbe and professional!I ordered penne with vegetables, there is no sauce at all, the pasta is overcooked, and there was a taste of something burnt. I am disappointed because the restaurant looked so fancy and I went with an easy option, but it did not taste good at all.
