    Ivan Montes: Good location in the center of Arequipa. Excellent attention. The only problem, which all Bata stores in Peru have, is that they do not sell large sizes. Almost all the shoes reach 43 and 44 maximum.

There is a variety of footwear from slippers to shoes, sandals according to the season. For ladies, men and children. They need to have a little more variety in ballerinas hehe. But just fine.     Rini la Gasse: Dispite the fact it was not their company policy the store manager went above and beyond to satisfy a customer, I bought Weinbrenner shoes a size to small at Bata in Cusco(my mistake of not walking on then thoroughly through the store). After walking for an hour on them in Arequipa, because in the meantime we took the bus from Cusco to Arequipa, I wanted to change them for a larger pair. The shoe store of Weinbrenner in Arequipa wasn't helpfull at all but the manager of the Bata store thought in solutions and worked out the situation. I now have the right size :)

    Tijmen van Loon: Don鈥檛 know about the quality of their bike service (although I would guess it鈥檚 on point given their professional shop and friendly attitude), but Oscar helped me greatly with information and contacts to hike the Misti volcano. I came to the shop looking for a bike box and left with the idea to climb Misti instead. Super friendly people with a good command of English.
