Perudani: Ein schöner, kostenloser ort um zu sehen wie die herstellung von alpaka kleidung abläuft. Man kann ebenfalls alpakas und lamas im hinterhof streicheln und füttern falls sie gerade nicht schlecht gelaunt sind und einen anspucken. Hochwertige alpaka/lamakleidung kann dort ebenfalls gekauft werden. Klasse!

Silvia Resio: Ottimo hotel sempre selezionato dalla nostra agenzia Perù inside out. Le camere ampie e molto pulite ,il punto forte la colazione veramente ricchissima è impossibile non restare soddisfatti. Alla sera fanno anche servizio ristorante. Senna: A great way to spend a few hours of your day, and an absolute recommendation for Antigua. The monastery is very big, and there are signs in almost every room explaining the significance of certain tools/spaces in English and Spanish. I would say you won't necessarily need a tour if you search for the info signs.The colours are lovely, and it's just beautiful all around. Perfect place to learn some history.Only downside were the prices, they are quite high at 45PEN for an adult.

Tigi Saron Manfroi: This hotel is one of the best and busiest hotels for its location, with enough space and cleanliness. We have traveled to many places, but we have never seen workers as arrogant as the ones that work in this specific hotel. Without Roberto from the reception and José from the restaurant, this hotel would have been the worst place to stay.But I don't want to leave without mentioning the view of the cathedral from that point is impeccable especially at night.

Nikolaj Unser: The hotel was very good. Nice rooms and the location in the city center is very good as well. Why I only give to stars is, that me and my girlfriend needed a room for one additional night. On all online portals like booking there was no free room so we asked at the reception. They said one room is free but we need to pay the normal price 85 dollars instead of 65 dollars like on booking. Everything all right still a fair price. In the afternoon I wanted to pay the room but then they told me I have to pay 150 dollars which is not okay. I think they knew that there were less free rooms in total in the hotels in the city center but it is really not okay to double the price within some hours.
Laura: The receptionist treated me very horribly, I am Peruvian living abroad, and asked me for my residence card, when just showing my passport was enough. making problems for the pure knowing that he did not have a residence card at hand, these people think they own the hotel, and they do not see the bad-looking face they have of a seal, cholx, very rude, and zero kindness . And that's not all, we arrived at 10 am and they didn't let us do the check-in, very bad attention, and I don't know what kind of fourth-rate staff they hire, when they told me I would pay additional and it was solved. We had to spend an hour touring the city until 12pm, my experience in this hotel was horrible, they should hire educated staff, not lazy neighborhood people who think they own the circus when they are not, and even more so when they don't have a mirror at home. He excellent night receptionist and the same as the bellman. The receptionist women in the morning are lousy, I hope they vote for them. My foreign husband took away, very bad concept of this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends/family. I hope they improve their weak points.

Tim Delaney: Basic hostel located just a few blocks from the main plaza. The rooms are very simple. I had a private room with a private bath. The were no windows and felt damp inside. The common areas are open and spacious and the upper patio is a must see during sunset. The staff were very friendly and translated in english very well. The breakfast is basic, day old bread with butter and jam and a cup of coffee or tea. Better to go outside for a full meal.

Friendly staff.We were cold during our stay. The breakfast only had two options. Our room and bathroom could have been cleaner. They didn't clean our room and we stayed 4 days there. We paid a whole day even though we arrived at 5 in the morning. For what is was we would expect a cheaper price.

Leonel Basso: An amazing place. We traveled from Argentina by car and we did not plan to go through Arequipa. We arrived at night and found this hotel. They helped us with everything right away. Super friendly and willing people. The place is beautiful, spacious and beautiful. Thank you for helping us and taking care of us so well. We spent some beautiful days there.

Ricardo Rojas: They really deserve 5 stars, good service, hospitality, closeness, disposition, facilities, cleanliness and the breakfast is really delicious. They supported me and were present from before my arrival and until when I had checked out of the hotel they were willing to support me with a mishap that I had during the trip and as I am a foreigner I had no one else to turn to. The understanding is greatly appreciated and that they can make you feel at home.Keep it up and obviously 100% recommended, I'll be back for sure

Mike Gross: Rooms: We got a superior room which certainly was more spacious than the standard rooms.Excellent bed, good linens, good shower pressure heat.The one downside is the superior rooms look out over the street. Not bad except on a festival night!Safety: Felt totally safe at all hours.Staff were outstanding.Walkability: Half block from the main plaza and very easy walking to all the best sights, lively with restaurants. Really this historical area is THE place to stay!Noteworthy details: They have a cute breakfast room and made to order breakfast options were very good. Also a deck off break fast room if you prefer eating outside.Bonus: two excellent rooftop decks. We bought bevvies at the market and loved sitting up there for breaks in the afternoon or evening.They arranged for a very nice transfer car to/from airport. Excellent option.When we went on our 16 hour trek to Colca Canyon that started at 3:30 am they prepared a meal to go for us ready at reception!Kept our luggage after we checked out.All in all excellent service. Very good value
