Deb Reyes: Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is locted in a historic house which was renovated in a classy way being modern yet respectful of it's history. The staff was amazing, attentive of every detail and very willing to accommodate our every need. The terrace with a view of the volcanoes is spectacular, with very complete breakfast and all you can drink tea and coffee assortment. Upon our departure, a guest in my party forgot a silver bracelet, the staff proceeded to call us and did every effort to return it. Very highly recommended!

Liliana Trapp: Very good experience at Palla Boutique Hotel. The very attentive staff from the reception make you feel at home. The room had a view of a parking lot but the rooftop of the hotel is something else. Appreciating the Sunset with a few cocktails is unforgettable. Good quality of the bedding and the heating needs to be turned on because the room was somewhat freezing. The breakfast very good. Totally recommended.

We also discovered the breathtaking rooftop which is most probably the only 360° view rooftop in Arequipa with an amazing view on the Andean mountains!I encourage everyone that have an overnight stay in Arequipa to book Palla!It was an unforgettable stay and we look forward to come back soon.

Jordan Kazakov: Does not deliver to its full potential. We were in the king suite on the first floor. The jacuzzi in the room did not work. The ceiling light in the room has residual glow in the dark which is annoying if you like dark room to sleep. The noice insulation is quite poor and hallway and street noise easily transmitted in the room. The breakfast stops at 9 am so forget about sleeping late.
Carmen Torres Villarreal: What a beautiful place, the history and the hosts are very nice, I only stayed one night, although I would love to stay for two more just to enjoy the hotel, the delicious food, the impeccable rooms. Jean Louis is an extraordinary human being and Ana María is super cute. On the menu the soup is delicious and for the main course the cordon bleu, the fettuccini Delis! Do not leave without ordering the Cusco beer, especially if you are a foreigner.

Cov: The attention is bad. The staff is listless even annoying they don't care about good service. They offer you a breakfast and justify that they don't have fruits, olives, jamonada for "x" reasons but they forget "EXCULPE". They generate needs and then charge you.
